The world's premier flat racing event will take place from June 16^th to the 20^th. It's called the Royal Ascot, held in the U.K., and it's five days of high racing excitement, with thirty total races run during the event, six of those Group One races. With only a total of 30 races run in England each year, six ran all at once makes Royal Ascot the one race to watch. Day one opens with three Group One races, The Queen Ann Stakes, The Kings Stand Stakes and the St. James Place Stakes. Then, after the group one races have been ran it's onto Group Two and Handicap races with The Coventry Stakes, The Ascot Stakes and The Windsor Castle Stakes.

Before the racing event begins, the Queen and the Royal Procession will arrive at the course, and the racing begins after lunch. On day two, look for two Group Two races, The Norfolk Stakes and The Ribblesdale Stakes, and then one Group One race will be ran, The Gold Cup. Yeats will attempt to win his third Gold Cup race, ridden by Johnny Murtagh, and after that race is run, there are three minor races. Day four features The Albany Stakes, a Group Three Race, The King Edward VII Stakes and a Group One Races, the Coronation Stakes. After that are two minor races and The Queen's Vase, a Group Three race.
