World Cup Tauplitz Live

The World Cup Tauplitz will be this Friday, January 8^th through Sunday, January 10^th, which is for the sport of Ski Jumping one of the many Winter sports that has World Cup event throughout the season as well as World Championships and participation in the Olympic Games. The sport is performed on wider skis than is used for Alpine Skiing, and points are awarded to competitors not just for the distance of the jump that they perform, but also for the style in which they perform it, which makes this sport a great one to watch.

The competition is held on three different types of hills. There is the Normal Hill which the distances can reach up to 360 feet and then there are the Large Hill Competitions which features distances of over 480 feet and finally there is the Ski Flying Competitions in which distance has been reached before of 780 feet.
