Well, The Ultimate Fighter Finale will be on December 5th and will air and there will be two bouts to watch. The final will be broadcast live on cable on the Spike TV network. These two exciting fights include Light Heavyweight Jon Jones who has done an incredible job securing a spot as a rising star facing off against Matt Hamill. Then, lightweights battle it out in the arena as Frankie Edgar and Kurt Pellegrino will fight. This information comes as a result of a news release made public by the Ultimate Fighting Championships and the matches were made official on Wednesday.
Jon Jones has an undefeated record this season and he will have to work hard to maintain it with Hamill. However, Jones has done some pretty crazy stuff in the past few fights and he looks like he will do whatever it takes to win. As for Matt Hamill, the thirty three year old is sitting on a record of 7-2, after having lost to Rich Frnaklin and Micahel Bisping. He did knock Mark Munuz out in March, but he will still have to work hard to maintain against Jones. Jones' record is currently 9-0.
As for Frankie Edgar he just finished winning twice in a row, but recovering from his very first loss ever. He was beat by Bradley Gray Maynard in April of last year. Just twenty eight years old, the lightweight defeated Sean Sherk just a few months ago and he will be looking for a title. As for Kurt Pellegrino, this thirty year old has won against Edgar thee times in the past. It will be an interesting fight that's for sure. Don't miss it live on television on December 5th.
